ELIGIBILITY & PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS

Our products are available to the public; however, certain product lines are designated as stylist-exclusive and may only be purchased by verified, licensed cosmetology professionals. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate access to stylist-exclusive products at any time.

If you create an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise violate these Terms.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

PRODUCT USE & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

Our hair extensions are professional-grade products intended to be installed, maintained, and removed by a licensed professional. We are not responsible for damage, shedding, matting, tangling, breakage, or unsatisfactory results caused by, including but not limited to:

• Improper installation or removal
• Incorrect color matching or product selection
• Excessive heat styling
• Improper home care or maintenance
• Failure to follow extension care guidelines

Any installation or care information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes only and does not replace the advice or services of a licensed cosmetology professional. We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or longevity, even when installed by a licensed professional.

PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY POLICY

Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of hair extensions. Detailed care instructions and warranty conditions are outlined in our Extension Care page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any warranty offered is limited, conditional, and subject to the specific terms outlined on the Extension Care page. Because extensions are a processed human-hair product, they require consistent maintenance using extension-safe, professional-grade products. Product lifespan varies based on installation method and care routine. Longevity is not guaranteed.

Failure to properly care for the extensions may result in dryness, tangling, matting, or shedding. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that warranty eligibility is contingent upon adherence to the specified care guidelines. Damage resulting from improper care, maintenance, or use of unsuitable products constitutes misuse and is not covered under any warranty. Toning, coloring, bleaching, perming, or otherwise chemically altering the extensions voids all warranties.

COLORS

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately; however, actual colors may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual perception. Slight color variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for selecting their desired color. 

ORDERS, PRICING, & REFUSAL OF SERVICE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or violation of these Terms.

In the event of a pricing, product description, or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By completing a purchase, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide order confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other relevant documentation to the issuing financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid delivered order, or for reasons inconsistent with these Terms, may be considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases, suspend accounts, or pursue recovery of funds and associated fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns may be approved for store credit or exchange only within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

• Original packaging, security ties, and seals must remain fully intact

• Any opened, worn, toned, colored, chemically processed, or otherwise altered hair is not eligible for return due to hygiene and product integrity standards

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements. Any exceptions to this policy are granted at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional conditions.

SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or labor shortages).

At checkout, customers may purchase optional package protection through Redo. If package protection is purchased, any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the protection provider in accordance with their claims process and coverage terms. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders once they are in transit when package protection has been declined.

Customers who opt out of package protection assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring after the order has been shipped. We are not liable for carrier errors, delivery delays, or packages marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders refused by the recipient or returned to sender due to delivery failure may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking eligibility review.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, product images, branding, graphics, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Intertwined Hair Extension Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intertwined Hair Extension Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to:

• Improper installation or removal

• Chemical processing or product alteration

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Improper maintenance or misuse

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intertwined Hair Extension Co. and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or improper use or alteration of our products.

DUTIES & TAXES

All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Intertwined Hair Extension Co. Failure to pay required duties or taxes resulting in package abandonment or destruction will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
