Salon Policies
As much as we love your littles, Children are not allowed at the salon. If you bring a child with you to your appointment, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your service and may be subject to the same-day cancellation fee.
With COVID numbers on the rise, we are kindly asking that you refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment to limit potential exposure. We appreciate your understanding.
For all new installs, we do not allow clients to bring in their own hair extensions... instead let's get you some Intertwined Hair. Extension consults must purchase the hair prior to the appointment.
Scheduling Policies
Appointments that result in a no show or cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the client will be required to pay a $50 fee in order to rebook.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a $25 fee.
Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the Same Day Cancellation fee of $50.
