Salon Policies
For all new installs, we do not allow clients to bring in their own hair extensions... instead let's get you some Intertwined Hair. Extension consults must purchase the hair prior to the appointment.
Scheduling Policies
If you need to cancel on the same day, there will be a charge for 50% of the originally booked service(s) to book a new appointment.
If you change your service during your appointment (for example, switching from a color + install to just a move-up), you’ll still be charged for the service originally booked.
Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the Same Day Cancellation fee of $50.
As much as we love your littles, Children are not allowed at the salon due to safety reasons. If you bring a child with you to your appointment, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your service and may be subject to the same-day cancellation fee.
