Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels within 24 hours or less of their scheduled appointment, they will be required to pay 50% of the missed service fee to regain access to booking a new appointment.

Late Guest Policy
Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a 50% charge to be rebooked. 

Inclement Weather Policy
If there is an emergency in weather, we understand it is beyond your control and if you feel you will be unable to make it, please let us know up to 2 hours in advance. There are no rebooking fees for this type of cancellation.

No Kids Policy
We ask that you come alone to your appointment to avoid distractions or interruptions with your scheduled service. In order for you to get the best service from your stylist in the amount of time scheduled, you will be asked to sit still for the duration of your appointment. If you bring a child with you to your appointment, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your service and will be subject to the 50% service charge. Please arrange childcare. 

Bead Repairs + Fixes
Beads can occasionally slip so we offer a 7 day grace period for bead repairs. Any repairs past 7 days will be subject to a repair fee. All services are final sale & are ineligible for a refund. If you aren’t in love with your hair, your initial stylist would be happy to adjust your color within reason to your liking within 7 days of your initial appointment. Salon Policies

 

For all new installs, we do not allow clients to bring in their own hair extensions... instead let's get you some Intertwined Hair. Extension consults must purchase the hair prior to the appointment.

  

All retail & service sales are final.
