Shipping Info

We offer 2 different methods of shipping: 

Standard (3-4 business days): $11.95

Express (1-2 business days if ordered by 12 PM MST/MDT): $50.00

Route Package Protection : Intertwined Hair Extension Co. not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer Route as an added layer of protection for your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For more info regarding Route coverage, click this link.

Due to the increase of online orders and the lessened workforce of logistical companies, unfortunately, we can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. The reason is that we pass the items off to a third party logistical carrier, that being USPS. USPS is a separate business from Intertwined Hair Extension Co. Although we wish we could, we don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, and we rely on these other companies. As such, we're not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party.

For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

If shipping insurance is opted out of, we, unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure he or she enters their address correctly (please include any suite, apartment, or building numbers). We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. The buyer is responsible for an additional shipping label in order for their order to be sent back out. 

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking confirmation confirms that your package was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking informations indicates that that the package has been delivered to your order address. 

Frequently Asked Questions : Shipping related

”My package is showing as delivered but I can’t find it.”

Please use your tracking number to obtain complete status and delivery details from the USPS website.

Their complete tracking history and delivery information may offer more insight.
If this does not help you discover where the driver/mail carrier left the package, the following are your best options in this situation:

1. For USPS, we do not advise calling their customer service as they cannot view anything more than what is displayed with the tracking information. Speak directly with your mail carrier to find out where they left the package.

Unfortunately, all we can see is the same tracking information. Once the package leaves our business, we have no further control over its delivery. USPS will allow a trace on the package only after ten days. 

We always recommend speaking with the delivery person as soon as possible or even checking with a neighbor.

”My package has not arrived but it is past the estimated delivery date.”

Occasionally, the mail carrier will experience delays and deliver past the estimated delivery date. We suggest to use your tracking number to navigate the carrier's website and view the tracking history to see the last location scan.

Unfortunately, we do not have any unique insight and can only see the same tracking information as you do.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup. We are located in Draper, Utah. If you would prefer to pick up your order, choose local pickup at checkout and stop by our Draper location during store hours.

Shipping Information

If we receive your order by 12pm MST/MDT, Monday through Friday, your order will ship same-day; all orders placed after 12pm MST/MDT Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday after 12pm MST/MDT through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Once the hair leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If an order is insured but is marked as delivered, additional insurance is void. 

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or federal holidays.

International Shipping (Canada)

We cannot guarantee that your order will not require duties, taxes, customs, or fees. You are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs, or fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Intertwined Hair Extension Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address when ordering to ensure that your package is going to the correct location. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not ship out a duplicate order if your hair has not made it on time.

All of our shipments are via USPS and tracking info will be updated once an order has been shipped.

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.
